1.  Bentley Aquatics will deliver your goods within 2-7 working days providing they are in stock.If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us and we will offer you an alternative product to the same value or full refund.

2. In the unlikely event of damages/shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours

3. Free delivery on dry goods when you spend over £60.00 and for orders under £60.00 a £5.99 delivey charge to main land U.K. Off shore and world wide please contact us for a quote. 

We can ship koi to U.K. main land but there will a charge for this service please contact us for a quote

4. Some filters and other large or heavy  items may carry a delivery charge i will let you know how much the charge will be before taking payment so if you do not agree with you do pay anything.

Returns

1.The products being returned must be packed to advoid damage and recommed sent by recorded delivery.We do not accept responsibilty for goods returned by customer,but are not received by us,unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by the carrier is supplied.

2. Unwanted items you wish to return must be unused, in orginal packaging and condition and will be subjected to 20% handling charge.They must be returned within 20 days of purchase.

3. If a product is faulty or damaged then collection will be arranged by us.

4. Goods are not allowed to be tested

5. We reserve the right to arrange repair or replace faulty or damaged goods.
